Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Legacy Calls, including booking portal, call routing, scheduling, Calendly integration, account access, and related services. By booking a call, creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Legacy Calls, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Legacy Calls and do not book calls. The person accepting these Terms represents that they have authority to bind the account, business, or entity on whose behalf they use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Legacy Calls is an exclusive inbound call routing and scheduling platform for licensed insurance agents and agencies. The platform includes call routing, Calendly booking integration, call logs, call routing records, support tools, and performance reporting.

Legacy Calls may use third-party providers for booking (Calendly), telephony, communications, analytics, hosting, and support. Third-party service availability, processor rules, carrier rules, and compliance requirements may affect platform availability or account access.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account, business, licensing, and contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and must maintain all licenses, appointments, registrations, permissions, and approvals required for the insurance lines and states you handle.

Legacy Calls may deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe account information is inaccurate, licensing is missing, identity verification is incomplete, platform rules are violated, or use of the platform may create legal, compliance, financial, operational, or reputational risk.

4. Call Booking and Scheduling

When you book a call through Legacy Calls or our Calendly integration, you agree to:

5. No Guarantee of Calls or Results

Legacy Calls does not guarantee call volume, lead quality, answered calls, consumer eligibility, consumer interest, appointment rates, closing rates, commissions, revenue, profitability, return on investment, or any particular business result. Call availability depends on campaign traffic, consumer behavior, licensing, state availability, compliance status, platform rules, and other operational factors.

Booking access to Legacy Calls does not guarantee that every call will convert, that a consumer will remain on the line, that a consumer will purchase a product, or that you will earn revenue from platform activity.

6. Records, Evidence, and Retention

Legacy Calls may create and retain records relating to account access, booking activity, accepted Terms, IP address, user agent, device information, call routing, call recordings, call logs, support messages, and platform activity.

These records may be used for billing, fraud prevention, platform security, compliance, customer support, dispute resolution, quality assurance, training, and enforcement of these Terms.

7. Agent Conduct and Compliance

As an agent or agency using Legacy Calls, you agree to:

8. Call Recording and Monitoring

Calls processed through Legacy Calls may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, analyzed, reviewed, and stored for quality assurance, billing, training, dispute resolution, compliance, fraud prevention, and platform improvement. By using Legacy Calls, you consent to this recording and monitoring and agree to obtain any legally required consents from consumers during calls.

9. TCPA Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that all calls received through Legacy Calls are subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar federal, state, and local regulations. You are solely responsible for:

Violations of TCPA or other regulations are your sole responsibility, and Legacy Calls LLC shall not be liable for your non-compliance.

10. Intellectual Property and Platform Access

Legacy Calls owns or licenses the platform, software, designs, workflows, documentation, call routing logic, logos, trademarks, and related content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for approved business purposes while your account is in good standing.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload, sublicense, or misuse the platform or any content, data, routing logic, scripts, recordings, or system outputs except as expressly allowed by Legacy Calls.

11. Third-Party Services

Legacy Calls may rely on Calendly, telephony carriers, routing providers, analytics providers, email providers, hosting providers, and support tools. Legacy Calls is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, processor decisions, carrier decisions, network issues, third-party outages, or third-party terms that affect service availability.

12. Privacy and Data

Use of Legacy Calls is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you authorize Legacy Calls to collect, use, store, process, and share information as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including information needed for billing, compliance, support, security, fraud prevention, and dispute response.

13. Suspension and Termination

Legacy Calls may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created compliance risk, misused the platform, violated campaign rules, failed to comply with licensing requirements, or engaged in conduct harmful to consumers, carriers, agencies, agents, or Legacy Calls.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Calls is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost profit, lost revenue, lost commission, lost opportunity, lost data, or business interruption damages arising from or related to the platform, calls, routing, booking, payment processing, third-party services, or these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to Legacy Calls, the platform, booking, account access, calls, or these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration unless applicable law requires otherwise. You and Legacy Calls waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to Terms

Legacy Calls may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page, updating the last updated date, or providing notice through the platform. Continued use of Legacy Calls after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
